1. Agreement

By using KE Visuals — including the website, the free Theme Studio, and any KE Visuals Power BI custom visuals — you agree to these Terms.

2. The Theme Studio is free

The Power BI theme generator is free to use, including saving themes to an account. You own the theme files you create and may use them in any report.

3. Custom visual licenses

KE Visuals custom visuals work for free with basic features; Pro features are unlocked with a license key. Licenses are sold per visual or as a bundle, in two tiers:

• Author license. Licenses one named individual — a single person who builds reports with the visual. The license and its key are personal to that individual and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by anyone else, including other employees of the same company. Every additional person who authors reports using the visual's Pro features must have their own Author license, or the organization must hold an Organization license.
• Organization license. Licenses an unlimited number of report authors within a single organization, for one flat price.
• Viewers. People who only view published reports never need a license, under either tier.

License keys are signed and tied to your account email. Keep them confidential. Sharing, publishing, reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing a key — or using a key beyond the seats you purchased — is a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of the license without refund.

4. Billing & renewals

Licenses are annual subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically each year unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, and the license remains valid until the end of the paid term.

5. Refunds

If a visual doesn't work for you, email contact@kevisuals.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the visuals, circumvent or tamper with licensing, or use the products unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

The visuals, website, and KE Visuals brand are owned by KE Visuals. A license grants the right to use the software, not ownership of it.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The products are provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, KE Visuals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
